Founded in Georgetown in 1968, 756 Wild Goose Squadron cadets have been actively engaged in weekly training and community events for over 55 years! 

The Air Cadet Program is structured around three aims: To Develop in youth the attributes of good citizenship and leadership. To promote physical fitness. To stimulate an interest in the air element of the Canadian Forces.

If you are interested in joining 756 Wild Goose Squadron, or just curious about us, the Squadron parades every Monday evening at the J.R. Barber Armoury from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 pm, September to June. However please come after 7 PM to talk with an Officer. The Armoury is located at 91 Todd Rd. Georgetown. If you any questions they can be submitted to info@756sqn.com.

Next parade night is Monday 07 October 2024 at 1830 (6:30 PM) and is a CO's parade. Dress is C1A (blue uniform) New recruits are to arrive in comfortable civilian attire, running shoes, and squadron t-shirt (if issued). 

This is a mandatory night for all cadets. If you are unable to attend, you must submit an Absence Request (available to registered web site users only). The request must be sent by noon of a Parade night. 

  • Consult the CJCR Orders of Dress if you have any questions on uniform and dress, including grooming (hair, beards, etc).
  • Parents are encouraged to attend Closing Announcements in person at 2045 hrs (8:45 pm).
