Candlelight Vigil - This activity takes place on Thursday 4 May from 1830 to 2000 hrs (6:30 pm to 8:00 pm). Every year the Squadron supports the local Legion by attending a Candlelight Vigil at the Georgetown Cenotaph. and counts towards community service hours. Uniform is C1 (full uniform with medals) or black and whites. Meet at the Parking Lot at Edith and Mill St  in Georgetown. Sign up HERE. Spring FTX (Field Training Exercise) - 12 to 14 May will be our joint Spring FTX. This is an overnight activity and cadets will be taught aircrew survival and fieldcraft techniques. Sign up HERE. Kit List, permission forms, site directions have been posted separately. Deadline to sign up is Monday 8 May. Cadet Day at Canada's Wonderland -  Saturday 27 May. This is an annual fun trip to Canada's Wonderland. Cost for each cadet is only $25 and includes transportation, full admission, meal, and all day drinks wristband. Sign up sheet and more info to follow shortly.
 
Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR) - The ACR is coming up fast, Sunday 4 June and is a mandatory activity for all cadets. Practice is held on Saturday 3 June. Exact timmings and more inf to follow. Cadet Activity Program (CAP) - The Erin location for CAP is no longer available. Instead the unit will now be attending the PEEL CAP and the dates have changed. At this time we DO NOT have further information on the location.
 
Summer Training –  All applications have been finalised and in the process of being submitted. Usually offers of participation will start arriving in June timeframe, but until then we have no further information. If you are NO LONGER bale to attend, please let us know immediately, so that it is not holding a spot that could go to another cadet. Band - on Thursdays, at St Andrew's United Church (89 Mountainview Rd South, Georgetown) from 1930 to 2100 hrs (7:30 PM to 9:00). If you can play an instrument and read sheet music, please sign up here. Dress is comfortable civilian attire. This is a military brass and reed marching band. Prior musical experience is a must. Drill Team - on Thursdays at St Andrew's United Church (89 Mountainview Rd South, Georgetown) on from 1800 to 1930 hrs (6:00 PM to 7:30 PM). Absence Request Form - Please fill out the Absence Request Form beforehand, if you are going to be absent for any activities. This must be completed NLT (no later than) noon of a parade night, for us to update the absentee list. If not, you may get a phone call regardless.
 
CADET365 - This is the primary online platform we use to communicate with Cadets, distribute files and paperwork, publish the Squadron Calendar, etc. All cadets MUST log into, and update your passwords, for Cadet365 if you have not done so. In addition, once signed into CADET365, all Cadets must complete the Cyber Awareness course ASAP.
